Refund Policy: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Clean or refunded

Try Primal Smile for 30 days from the delivery date. If you are not happy with it for any reason, email us and we will refund the product price in full. No questions asked, and you do not need to send used sticks back.

Fresh or replaced

If a stick arrives dry, cracked or damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement.

How to request a refund

Email alpyn.labs@gmail.com with your order number and the word "refund". We reply within 24 hours on business days.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it on your statement.

Wrong or incomplete orders

If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send the missing items or refund you in full.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, the guarantee above applies.

Bundles

The 30-day guarantee applies to every pack in your order, including bundles and special offers.

Your statutory rights (UK and EU customers)

If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons, this legal right applies to sticks that are still sealed in their original packaging. Our 30-day guarantee is a voluntary commercial promise in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
